Below is a meal plan that will provide you with 1,200 calories per day- close to the minimum amount of calories that you can safely consume without leaving your body malnourished. Meal plans begin at 1200 calories because at this threshold you can safely lose weight while still obtaining all the nutrients you need. Keep in mind that for quicker results, ViSalus recommends that two of your meals be replaced with a Vi-Shape shake.
