Tournament Details
Pairings list: This list which
consists of 4 players per group needs to be
given to us at least 48 hours prior as we will
make the hole assignments, print custom cart
signs and scorecards, and prepare list by name
and hole number. This list will be given
to you for check-in. These assist in bag
handling and check-in. If you have any
request for hole assignments i.e. group to lead,
1A or nearest to clubhouse, please let us know
on your original pairings list.
Registration: Your
registration will be under the pavilion and ready 1.5 hours
before the tournament start. This area is
conveniently located near the driving range and
putting green. We will provide an 8' table
and two chairs. If you need additional
tables and chairs please let us know.
Non-Metal Spikes: The
Challenge Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility.
Please advise your participants in advance.
Rule Sheet for players:
We will provide a complimentary rule sheet for
the day of play, which will be pre-approved by
you. We highly encourage a 4-person
scramble format, as it is the most enjoyable
format for all levels of play.
Player Count: The
player count guarantee is due 8 days in advance
and is very important! We need to know if
you are committed to your original player
estimate.
Food and Beverage:
No food or beverage may be brought on property
without prior approval from The Challenge's
Management and it must be stated in the function
sheets. This includes donated
food/beverage products. If applicable,
please remember that all approved donated
products must be in either aluminum cans or
paper containers. No glass is allowed on
course. Also, no product may be brought
inside the clubhouse; it is strictly for
on-course course consumption. Donated
liquor or beer cannot be sold and once brought
on property cannot be removed including unopened
product. Please make arrangements with the
F&B Department to deliver the product at least
24 hours before the event.
Tournament Coordination:
A representative from The Challenge Golf Club will
call you the Monday before your event to review
your event. No one likes surprises on
tournament day.
